Beef Stroganoff

Procedure

  1. In large skillet, sautee onion in butter.
  2. Add cubed steak, cover, and braise until tender (approx. 1 12 hours), adding water as needed.
  3. Stir in soup, sour cream, and water.
  4. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
